Sites Banned for illegal Usage and resource Scourage!

Hi,

Our team has found out that there are a few rogue sites that use massive resoures and had recently killed the server and HDD failure with their illegal Proxy and free hosting services. It is a breach of our TOS and AUP. We have terminated and now the servers are doing good.
