I receive a message stating I am exceeding my quota. What does this mean?

"Your Disk Usage Limit is calculated based on how much disk space all your accounts have been allocated"

"Your Bandwidth Usage Limit is calculated based on how much bandwidth all your accounts have been allocated."


Your main account has quota limits assigned to it varying on the package you selected.

You will need to modify the main/primary account limits in order to create packages that can fit within your accounts restrictions.

We do not allow overselling of services on our servers, so you cannot assign anything over/above what your reseller account is capable of.

This is to protect the server from overloads and it means you can only allow what you pay for.
